Ahmed Kabani is the Founder & CEO of the Kabani Hotel Group, a leading advisory firm specializing exclusively in the hospitality industry. During his 15 years in the industry, Ahmed has been involved in over 125 hotel transactions across the USA, totaling over $1 Billion in sales volume. Prior to opening the Kabani Hotel Group, Ahmed serves as Senior Managing Director of Investments and a member of the National Hospitality Division in the Marcus & Millichap’s Miami Office. During his tenure at Marcus & Millichap, he has received multiple sales achievement awards and was constantly part of the Top Producers in the country.
Base in Miami, Ahmed is involved in various community activities, receiving the Florida Gandhi King Ikeda Award for Building Peace and the Distinguished Community Service Award from the Asian American Board of Miami-Dade for this service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from Florida International University.

In 2022, Suraj transitioned over to investment sales where he specializes in the acquisitions and dispositions of hospitality investments throughout the United States. During his tenure, Suraj has been involved in over $300,000,000 worth of hotel transactions.
Prior to joining Kabani Hotel Group, Suraj began his real estate career in 2018 and graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Florida.

Luis joined the Kabani Hotel Group back in 2020, when the group was still part of Marcus & Millichap. There, Luis immediately started working alongside Ahmed and, since then, he has been involved in multiple hotel sales across the USA, totaling well in excess of $200,000,000. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap and The Kabani Hotel Group, Luis served as a Sales Associate in Cervera Real Estate for 5 years. He was part of a top-producing team specializing in the sales of luxury apartments in the Miami area.
Luis graduated from the Florida International University with a degree in Finance.
